Search Oakland University scholarships available for current OU students. OU offers and renews awards at its sole and absolute discretion; offers and renewals are contingent upon the availability of funds and continuation of the programs. The scholarship application is open December 1 to March 1 to apply for scholarships for the next academic year.
 
The 2023-2024 Academic Year Scholarship application is now closed;  The application deadline was March 1st.
The 2024-2025 Academic Year Scholarship Application will open December 1.

 



 

All Oakland University students should complete the online application, which also serves to match students to other scholarships for which they may be qualified.  After submitting the application, be sure to review the My Opportunities as additional information may be required for certain scholarships.  The additional information is an opportunity for you to share information from your personal voice and perspective.   Applicants must be admitted as a degree-seeking student at Oakland University and have activated their Oakland University accounts to obtain their NetID and password.

Oakland University acknowledges the ethical and social implications of the use of AI technology by our students.  While AI tools have become readily accessible, overuse of AI may diminish your individual and creative identity.  It is unethical to copy and paste directly from an AI generator, or to fully rely on AI-generated content for the scholarship application.  As AI continues to grow and evolve, so will our expectations for future scholarship application cycles.
